Been taking these for a week from today including the boobie brew & I love them. Truly easy to absorb. I like the taste as well, but different pallet for us all. This past week I wake up with my boobs more engorged, just need to be consistent with pumping, to fill up bottles. Overall this has helped with my supply. I just need to be consistent with my pumping part, but it’s definitely working. When I nurse my baby has a full boob to enjoy every morning :)
