During this session you will be introduced to the wonderful world of Breastfeeding. I will educate you on different breastfeeding positions, modeling the proper use of a breast pump( electric/manual), measuring nipples for correct flange size, hand expressing, latching, proper hydration/ nutrition, diaper output / color, creating a freezer stash, alcohol intake, clogged milk ducts, proper cleaning of breast, nipple care and how to get your milk flowing immediately after birth.
